Marybeth is a Montana native who grew up in Miles City. She attended the University of Montana and Rutgers School of Law, then returned home to practice in Montana.
Her work focuses on family law, appeals, alternative dispute resolution, and mediation. She approaches legal problems collaboratively, helping clients understand their choices and work toward practical outcomes.
Marybeth has served as a trustee of the State Bar of Montana and on State Bar committees addressing fee arbitration and professional standards. She also contributes to her local community through service with CASA for Kids and Discovery Developmental Center.
